Milly is a retired middle school teacher who brings her passion for learning to the pool.

She began swimming competitively at the age of eight for the Scottish Hills Sea Lions and went on to swim for the Raleigh Swim Association and Apex High School. Milly continues to pursue her love of swimming in the early hours at the Riverwood indoor pool. She is excited to share her love of swimming with beginner swimmers, young and seasoned, and those who want to build their strength and technique to pursue competitive swimming.
