A competitive swimmer since his freshman year with the Marlins of Raleigh, Alex Carroll recently wrapped up his final season on the Corinth Holders High School Swim Team.

Alex, who currently serves as a lifeguard for the Fred Smith Company, recently earned a winter junior national cut and is set to join Lafayette College’s Division I swim program this coming fall. He is eager to share his love for the sport and help swimmers of all ages find joy in the water.
